Fushan has skilled craftman employ several steps to create a finished item, some of them have taken over ten years experineces to perfect their skills. Fushan looks forwards by implenting the lastest manufacturing techniques, advanced equipment and training programs.
 

Now let’s take metal chairs as sample have a briefl introduction about the steps.

 

1.Cutting & Forming
After strict selection of raw materials, staff employ machines to cutting the pipe based on reuqired size. Then cutting pieces formed by advanced equipment to achieve smooth curves and fluid shapes.

 

2.Grinding & Polishing
Fushan craftsman grind flush for a one-piece appearance. Fushan specially trains its polishers to produce a finish item that is as close to perfection as possible.
Individual parts are polished, assemblies are polished again, and the complete chairs is polished a third tme.

 

3.Treatment
The basic attributes of metial shows, in order to avoid it get rusty or oxidize Fushan make specical treatment before painting. This procedure alone takes years to mater.
12 steps for steel and aluminum in this treatment, including remove oil stain, rust, acid pickling, alkali balance, gray phosphorus/ chromizing and so on. It takes 2 hours to finish this process that ensure the paint will not detach easily from chair surface.

 

4.Powder Coating/ Oil Painting
Take steel chair for a sample, Fushan uses high-quality power coat and Germany airbrush in this electro-static process. It can improve rate of utilization that reduce emissions and air pollution.
Electic current is passed through the chair, which attracts the sprayed powder, and then the chair is baked at 180℃--220℃ for a uniform coating.The process is not only make sure a smooth surface , but also environmental safe.

 

5.Upholster
Fushan staff adopts the traditional upholster techquie, and employ some machines for improve productivity and standardization.
